Refund Policy for LYTE Freedom
At LYTE Freedom, we stand behind the quality and integrity of every product we offer. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll work with you to make it right—within the guidelines below.
1. Return Window
- 30 days from the date of delivery for most physical items (e.g., singing bowls, crystals, ritual tools).
- Only unopened organic products (essential oils, blends, bath salts, teas, supplements, etc.) are eligible for return—once opened, these items cannot be accepted back.

3. How to Initiate a Return
1. Email Support

- Send your request within 30 days of delivery to support@lytefreedom.com
- Include your order number, product name, and reason for return
2. Receive Return Authorization

- We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) and prepaid shipping label—no extra cost to you
3. Ship Your Return

- Pack items securely, label the package with the RA, and drop it off at the carrier specified on your label
4. Return Shipping & Fees
- Prepaid Label: We cover return shipping for authorized returns.
- Non‑Compliance: Returns sent without an RA or after 30 days may be refused or subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.
5. Processing Your Refund
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection within 5–7 business days.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Exchanges
If you’d prefer an exchange for a different size, color, or product:
- Follow the same return steps above, and note your desired replacement item in your original email.
- Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement at no additional shipping cost.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
- Please inspect your order upon receipt.
- For any damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items, contact us immediately at support@lytefreedom.com with photos and order details.
- We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund—no return required for defective items.
